Coconut water is the juice in the inside of young coconut. It is
one of the nature’s most refreshing drinks and is consumed worldwide for its nutrition
and health restoring properties.
1.
Coconut water has a high ability to hydrate the body. Presence of biological
constituents like amino acids, enzymes, minerals, and fatty acids may account
for this higher ability to hydrate the body. It is very low in sodium and
chlorides, but rich in sugars and amino acids. This well-balanced fluid
composition with much-needed calories would be an ideal drink than any other
brand of soft drink beverages in dehydration conditions.
2.
The cytokinins in coconut water showed significant
anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thrombotic effects in research studies.
3.
It is composed of many naturally occurring bioactive enzymes
such as acid phosphatase, catalase, dehydrogenase, diastase, peroxidase,
RNA-polymerases etc. In effect, these enzymes help in the digestion and
metabolism.
4.
It is also a very good source of B-complex vitamins such as
riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pyridoxine, and folates. These vitamins are
essential in the sense that the human body requires them from external sources
to replenish.
5.
It has much better composition of minerals like calcium, iron,
manganese, magnesium, and zinc than some of the fruits like oranges. (Compare
the mineral composition of oranges).
6.
It has a small amount of vitamin-C (Ascorbic acid); It provides
about 2.4 mg or 4% of RDA. Vitamin C is a water-soluble ant-oxidant.
7.
Coconut water contains a very good amount of electrolyte
potassium. 100 ml of water has 250 mg of potassium and 105 mg of sodium. These
electrolytes together help replenish electrolyte deficiency in the body due to
diarrhea (loose stools).
Regenerate your health by drinking fresh coconut water often.

“The second that you make a man truly free, he becomes truly good. And it is only that individual who has lost his belief in himself and his own pride of goodness and his own pride of being and his own honor who is dangerous.”
A poor goal is better than none. You'll find yourself very often squirreling around and spinning around. You don't know which way you're going or which way is up because you decided all the goals you could put your eyes on were too vague or too poor or too unwanted to try to attain....
As you look back over the last ten years, were there times when a different decision would have made your life radically different from today, either for better or for worse? Maybe, for example, you made a career decision that changed your life. Or maybe you failed to make one. Maybe you decided during the last ten years to get married—or divorced. You might have purchased a tape, a book, or attended a seminar and, as a result, changed your beliefs and actions. Maybe you decided to have children, or to put it off in pursuit of a career. Perhaps you decided to invest in a home or a business. Maybe you decided to start exercising, or to give it up. It could be that you decided to stop smoking. Maybe you decided to move to another part of the country, or to take a trip around the world. How have these decisions brought you to this point in your life?
"In Unlimited Power, I made it abundantly clear that the most powerful way to shape our lives is to get ourselves to take action. The difference in the results that people produce comes down to what they’ve done differently from others in the same situations. Different actions produce different results. Why? Because any action is a cause set in motion, and its effect builds on past effects to move us in a definite direction. Every direction leads to an ultimate destination: our destiny.
